Still Multiple Issues.
No ability to set up login by Face ID
Selecting air + hotel + rental requires you to choose an airport vs providing an all options in an area
Long retrieval times as compared to Concur or Expedia
Unintuitive user interface sometimes hotel or flight options are displayed greyed out. But select and they expand with valid sub options. So you have to click the plus sign.
Attempting to use filter on a return segment option list of an airplane cause the screen to white out. All navigation disappears
Attempting to find simple details about an existing trip is hard, like what was the rental company or confirmation. You have to double navigate into an "invoice" and then search for it
Multiple times the UI tends to freeze or go blank while navigating and can cause you to lose your work.
In summary the products mobile experience is very immature compared to competitors. In a company of 4000 people (half sales) the majority of our team detest this application.Show lessApp doesn’t work
Garbage app. Constant “bugs” and I’m redirected to their website by their tech people. On top of that, separate receipts for the booking and their service charge constantly make more work for me, the end user.Developer Response
JV8or - Thank you for your feedback. We've made several updates to correct location services and taken out the "garbage" you've observed in the app. We'd love to have you check it out. For separate receipts, most business travelers (vs Leisure or personal travel) ask for separate receipts but we are listening and interested in improving.
