No Wi-Fi connection detected
This used to work fine. It’s been a long time since I used it and now I get “ No Wi-Fi connection detected” when I open the app.
I’ve called for support three times with no resulted.L1FEisG00D
Does not work with update
Does not work with updated iOS. The good news is there is an app called RoadVue that works even better with added bonus of ability to screen capture or record.Alex Gonzales
Doesnt work on iphones
It connects to the camera just fine, but no internet connection errors and app goes back to the setup screen. Useless with iphones. Would give no stars if i could.ACDII
Back up camera
Unit worked fine until a few months ago when apple updated the OS and rand McNally didn’t keep up. Now the unit will not connect and after contacting support I have no idea when it’s going to be fixed.up in paradise
Need to be updated for IOS 13
After the update it no longer functions correctly. It shows video for a second and then says it is not connected to WiFi. Please fix issueBurnt_Chrisp
No WiFi connected
***update to my complaint. This is a temporary solution to everyone. Download the app “RoadVue” connect to your Rand McNally WiFi camera then open the RoadVue app. It will work with this camera. Also allows you to record video and take photos of the images/video and ability to export. Hope this helps everyone.
Briefly shows the video but quickly pops up a msg saying “No WiFi Connected”. What is the problem?? Worked great before. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and made absolute sure that the WiFi is connected and in range. Are you going to fix this issue? I use this system with two camera one for the inside of my cargo trailer and one on the back of the cargo trailer. Never had this problem until after iPhone update. Please advise.Show lessRDY2ROC
Wi fi error message
Shows video but has a permanent “not connected to wifi message” that blocks most of the screen. Any fixes? Seems like an easy bug fix.etavera0
