It works most the time but it lags a lot all the time so I miss my bussestrashyapp1234
Mediocre at best.
This app is a glitchy. Buses are rarely on time or arriving when it says they should be getting to a stop. Real-time tracking doesn’t work at all. And to top it off, I’ve told it multiple times I don’t want notifications. Yet every time I open it it asks again. I didn’t want them the first time, and I don’t want them now! All in all app is only marginally useful.Show lesseclusion
irritating
used to be fine but now everytime i open the app all of the routes are selected making the map look hectic. the arrival times are irritating as well— seeing that my bus was supposed to arrive in 10 minutes arrive in 2 making me miss it.Hens unshaken. Shakalaka
Decent, but glitchy
80% of the time, it works fine. But lately it will show me every route on the map even though I've selected my route only several times. Now I have to do it every time I open the app. Also the time estimate doesn't update very well so you really can't pay attention to that when waiting for a bus.herecomessthesun

Why?
Why is it so bad? It’s not like this is a hard concept yet it’s constantly very wrong and hard to use. Just use transit it’s way better.Megan1862

never properly tracks the buses on a real time basis. always show up to my bus late bc it says I have 8-10 min. not great when it’s 32 degrees out!!!drunkandanon
Very Helpful
This app has been extremely helpful and it helps me get an idea for where my bus will be when. However it used to be that it would save my preferences when it came to bus routes but now it resets to every bus route popping up when I reopen the app. I only need a few them not all of them 🤣 also trying to figure out the reminders was confusing but I can work through this. Maybe a little guide would help for how to best use this app.Show lessLezaforte!

Doesn’t work, and when you combine that with the broken KU bus system, you can’t trust this appMonopolykid123
