Ok so I’m using my iPad for this, my parents and I couldn’t work the app on our android phones; it was easy once I started it with the iPad, I think it just works better with apple devices. Honestly, I just recommend for the developers of the app to make it useable for android users, such as my family, and many others who were not satisfied as well. ✌️Show lessbanana 🥚
App makes the lights not worth it
With such a terrible app, the lights are just that - lights that never get used. The lack of investment in the software that controls the lights is disappointing. I offered to improve it for free just so I could at least fix the bugs that make it useless. It’s very frustrating and disappointing.Jake T.
Timer??
Just got my lights. I want them to turn on in the evening and off in the morning. This should be easy but i cannot figure out how to do it. Can anyone tell me how to do it???Emilydeon
App is impossible to use
For the price you pay, you’d think you’d be able to use the app and make the lights the color you WANT. The app makes it impossible and you just have to select what’s there. We were promised a new app in February of last year- still haven’t seen it. Would rather pay more for a competitor so I could actually work the app.Show less**J*******
App needs updating
This app definitely needs to be made more user friendly. For something that should be pretty easy to do like controlling some LED lights, they’ve made this app almost comically hard to use.3er858
Not a computer nerd
Unless you are a computer nerd this app is almost impossible to use. Updates have been promised for a year. The lights are fantastic but not the controls. I considered a competitors lights that were cheaper but went with these. The other company has the ability to do 10 times more with their app.WMGA2
Endless possibilities
Being able to have total control of what I want the lights to do has given me the opportunity to display whatever I can imagine. In the beginning it did take a little practice but once I got the hang of it “It’s been awesome”. One suggestion I would make is making a couple changes to the timer function. Other then that...GAME CHANGER! Compared to what I have seen out there this has offered me the most control.Show lessBA-977
Opportunity to improve
App is not very intuitive for what should be a very simple application. I strongly suggest the company spend a little time and a small amount of money to address this. Great product with a weak app.JTI2002
