IMPOSSIBLE to CANCEL - WILL NOT RESPOND TO SUPPORT EMAIL!!

I signed up for the trial. We never used the service. Did not really like the way it was styled- my kids weren’t interested really. I have sent HALF A DOZEN EMAILS to Customer Support with ZERO -NONE- NADA response or reply from this company. Getting charged every single month and there is NO WHERE TO CANCEL- from within the APP or the WEBSITE. Total scam- will be seeking more info about this company. TAPPITY- CHECK YOU EMAILS PLEASE! I NEED TO CANCEL AND GET S REFUND. It’s been months and so stressful. Never again.

I love it so much and I love Haley so much

I wish only Haley was in ever lesson I don’t really like the other guys but it’s ok it doesn’t matter as long as I learn from it :D And I stopped playing it for a while but now I’m playing it again (idk why I stopped it’s so amazing) And my birthday is on May 11 so that’s soon and I will spend all my time playing this -Tatyana Tezikov :)

Not free, fishy subscription

The app is not free. Only 2 weeks free trial. It says the cheapest subscription starts from 6,99 a month, but in the next step the cheapest option is suddenly 19,99. Something fishy. Didn’t download it. Can’t say nothing about app itself.

I hope this explains it in the meantime: we offer customers various payment plans, so if you were to pay for an annual subscription upfront, then it would break down to ~CAD6.99/month. Our content requires a membership because it helps the team produce better and more content for Tappity. In fact, with everyone's support, we're able to release new content every week with a few big features coming this summer! For science, The Tappity Team

Rough year but they made it right

I purchased live weekly lessons three time a week for a year. A few weeks later they ended live lessons and posted dead ones instead with no schedule. I wrote a letter of discontent and there was no remedy. My kid was completely uninterested. Then they rebooted with live lessons a few months later and since that reboot we haven’t been able to log in. I have emailed over and over without resolve. Yes l have the most current version…yes l have a supported device. Then. 3/4th of the way through my paid year, still unable to get logged in, my daughter pressed me again. This round they had messenger app support and a phone number. No pick up on phone and still not email, but hey!! Messenger reply in minutes with complete resolution and they added an extra year for pain and suffering. I am happy. Weeks of mot school due to holidays and l can assign this app while l work from home. COVID…hard stuff as a single mom. This app hold her attention when live and interactive. We rent happy about the music playing in all the new releases. It’s too hard for her to focus and learn…looking for button to shut it off.

Super exciting for kids

My kids LOVE all the different learning content this app has to offer. They have hands on learning, print outs, and just videos to watch. My kiddos learn so much in just a short amount of time about topics they enjoy! Amazing people making this app for kiddos great for learning.

Our kids love it

Lots of subjects have made it easy for both or son and daughter to find stuff they are interested in, and we like that they are learning stuff and excited about it.

There are still some unpolished edges in the app and some glitchy moments in some of the videos but it doesn’t seem to bother the kids at all.

Overall - totally worth the subscription.

Great educational app!

Great app! My kids love it. They beg to play it and the lessons are very engaging but also highly educational and Jude on the right level for kids. My kids are very attached to Haley so keep her in the app!!
