Since the update, I have not been receiving notifications even though I have motion detection push notifications enabled. Even when I go to information to look at the alarm messages, there’s nothing there. Only way I can see playback is to go to playback and scroll through the recorded history. Never had this issue before the latest release. I do like that you can change the WiFi settings now in the app.Show lessKayeAr

Camera and system is fine, quality on phone is very good viewing live. The main issue, is you can not do playback on your mobile, only on the monitor, which is a pain if your not always at home.Josephinaererer
The cameras are great. The app is worthless. Which makes the cameras worthless.
This app is probably one of the most inconsistent apps I’ve ever used on an iPhone. I get a notification that motion has been detected, I open the app, and it doesn’t display any alerts at all. I’ll swipe the app off and back on, and then the alerts are there. I click the alert, and it always says “No recording” even though when I push “Full video” all the recordings are there.
The cameras are good quality, but if I cannot easily view what’s going on with the cameras, it sort of makes the entire system pointless. I will not be purchasing Annke camera systems again, and it is completely due to this horrible app. I have no idea how this thing has a 5 star rating. Completely undeserved.Show lessWeazu
Needs some work
Overall it’s ok just needs some work done. Crashing every time when trying to open screenshot/recording menu, so can make screenshots or recordings but can’t access them after. Also quite slow and playback doesn’t work well - have to press play every time when moving timeline.DigiHead_1
