Improvements:
- Better active and completed sales views
- Activity log now shows transactions from most recent
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed crash when deleting a sale and trying to start a new one
- Fixed crash associated with deleting a seller before starting a sale
This release drops support for iOS 8.

- Better visual feedback for UI buttons
- Completed sale screen no longer hangs when loading large sales
- Tax no longer required when setting up a sale
- Starting cash is now correctly shown for completed sales
- Better handling of deleted sellers
- Better error reporting tool
- Codebase upgrade for better performance
