No response from customer service
The app is very flawed. I couldn’t edit my order even though it’s an option. I couldn’t reach anyone at customer service. And the WhatsApp help service wasn’t helpful.mishkaat.haf

Worst Service EVER !!
Dealing with Avocado is a huge waste of time.
On delivery day they sent me a message that the delivery will be postponed for one day.
The next day, the tracking system was not working, the phone number was not working also.
After contacting customer service multiple time they informed me that it will be delivered next day AGAIN and asked for my house location (WHICH I ENTERD IN THE APP). And then they informed me that my location is out from their coverage area.Show lessRNA 7
