A few days ago I had a problem downloading relatively large apps from the Apple Store. I went to an Internet service provider and a customer service officer downloaded some free apps for the purpose of checking the download. After that I cleared all applications. But I found out today that one of these apps was a trial period and then I made an annual subscription, and I don't even know what this app does and what its usefulness is. I filled my account because I need to buy other apps. Please cancel the annual subscription and return the amount to my account. I have attached the sales receipt that was sent to my email address. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
