Difficult game at times
Games don’t give a lot of tickets to play. I can’t afford to pay for extra tickets and gems let alone you can never get the cards you need. I spend all my extra points to get a card hoping it’ll be a new one and disappointment when it’s number 12+ of something I already have.. I play for fun, but when you can’t get enough tickets to play it’s not worth it anymore. It’s so hard to get all the red balls for a spin. I dont always get the gifts in my in box because the game logs me out after clicking out of it for a few hours. I understand some people can afford to pay to get all the extras and what not to play and get to the next level but some of us can’t afford to. We should be able to use gems or trade extra cards or something for more tickets or to do stuff. The fish bowl thing is dumb. I don’t play it because I can only feed one fish at a time, you can only put so much stuff in the bowl anyways. And over all it’s not fun. The sea monster game is a bit rough once you pass the 5th level. Then if you don’t have gems to play it kinda stinks. I love bingo just wish all these games weren’t so money hungry .. the forced ads help fund the games .

Always issues
I love the game, but there always seems to be one problem or another, like today....the app won't load, it keeps booting me out. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I have tried turning off my device, I don't know why this game has so many problems all the time.

Rip off
With the new update to the fish aquarium you can feed fish for tickets & power ups. You get the tickets but not the power ups. I notified support but they told me you don’t get those. Why is that an option then? I have spent a lot on money on this game but won’t anymore. Bad answer support!
Update: since reporting their glitch I have been constantly harrassed by support. They want screenshots which I sent at time of reporting the glitch but they never looked at & then they are saying they want to know who told me about it. They dont know their own game & are to lazy to look.

Fun but cheap payouts spoil it.
This would be a five star game if the prizes weren’t so cheap. I really enjoy it but it’s a blatant cash grab by the developer. I get you’re trying to make money but the amount people have to spend to play regularly and/or at a higher level is absurd. And your prices are expensive considering what you get for them. If a game costs 1800 tickets to play the potential payout can’t be 450 tickets. Even if you win First bingo you only win 900 tickets! And the daily ticket prize is 40 tickets- you can’t play anything with that!! So in order to play more than 1 or 2 games every few days you have to spend an obscene amount of money buying more tickets. The prize should always be more than the cost otherwise why bother? The game has also glitched on me quite a bit which has cost me countless tickets and lost games. When I have reached out they have corrected but for all the times they fixed it, there were even more times that I just didn’t bother bc it was happening too often. So bottom line is game is super fun but I’ll probably delete bc I’ve spent way too much money just trying to play a couple of games a day.

I really enjoy playing this game to kill time plus the other game rooms make it more fun! But…I’ve come across an issue. I had the free boosters for 24hours, as I was playing in Las Vegas game room I got bingos which added free ten minute boosters, once it was finished I no longer had the free 24 hours of boosters. If you could please fix that issue in case it happens in future. Thanks

Trash and rigged game
Honestly, the game was fun in the beginning. Your typical bingo mobile app. Unfortunately, it’s far from the other in terms of gameplay. The games themselves don’t give out that great of rewards even when winning which makes continuing to play the game much harder. Getting bingo (at least for me) has been a nightmare. This game relies heavily on power ups and if you don’t have any, you will never get a bingo. Even when I use all the power ups at my disposal, I could rarely get a bingo. The people I’m playing against seem to get bingo before I can even finish half my cards and I’m playing with 4.
It takes way too long to level up in this game too. Even in the first couple of levels, you have to get through like 5-6 games to level 2. Honestly, you will get nowhere without spending a lot of money. I understand these games need to make money, but when a developer makes it impossible to play just to make a buck is ridiculous. Also, for some reason this game wasn’t awarding me my 2x ticket multiplier in game. I got the 2x power up and daubed it in the game and at the end where it’s giving all of the rewards, it says I didn’t daub it. Don’t know if it’s a glitch or if the hame is RIGGED so you don’t get as many tickets so you have to buy in more. Anyways, trash game.

Hi this is a honest and true review PLEASE GUYS sort the tickets out per game and you hardly win any tickets to cover what you pay to play,The game is awesome “but” within 24hrs a of having the game! I had to spend $3.99 on the piggy bank as i ran out of tickets! The progression isn’t fast enough and the wins aren’t big enough ticket wise, It stalls you in game play,Me and my partner are hooked to the game but we’ve noticed she plays on tablet I play on
Iphone and the game continues to freeze now and then and you lose bingo’s because of it… From the feed back and research I’ve done on the game and how many people play it and the money you make from it, “Surly” YOU as a game developer you would like the keep your customers happy and continue playing such a awesome game.
