Poor service.
I have used the app on 3 occasions and each time the restaurant has not clicked over to preparing and once the pizza is ready to be collected the restaurant clicks preparing and ready to collect at the same time so by the time you go to collect your Pizza it is warm, not hot. Also I’ve had to call the restaurant and ask if they have my order as it stayed on ordered for 15 minuets and when I called to ask they said sorry we forgot to click over to preparing and your order is ready to be collected. Overall the app is good but if the restaurant is unable to monitor its users then it’s pretty pointless.
