BAS-IP Intercom is a free application that enables you to receive video calls from outdoor panels and BAS-IP monitors on a mobile device. In any part of the world, all you need is the Internet and this application to receive video calls from the BAS-IP devices on a mobile device. You need to create an account on the free SIP service sip.bas-ip.com. After that, with the help of the application, you need to scan the QR code located in the personal account of the service, and then scan the QR code located on the box with the purchased BAS-IP device. You will immediately get 5 internal numbers and the access to their settings. Handy application
The registration process is quite unusual (had to read the manual), but it copes with its main tasks. Satisfied for now. iPhone XR

Потенциал есть
В целом приложение справляется со своей минимальной задачей, нагромождать функционал скорее всего и не нужно. Смартфон или планшет все же не центр СКУД, для это есть другое ПО. Всяких мелких и не очень программных недочетов еще много, надеюсь они будут исправлены.
Но есть два момента которые просто необходимо реализовать в первую очередь:
1. Должна быть возможность разворачивать картинку с камеры или вызывной панели на полный экран. На телефоне и так экран не большой, зачем делать просмотр вообще практически не видимым? Есть люди с не очень хорошим зрением.
2. Для планшетов необходимо реализовать просмотр в горизонтальном режиме. Вертикальный режим для планшета крайне не удобен. Просто должен быть выбор ориентации, как это сделано у 99% аналогичных приложений.
Эти два несложных изменения могут значительно увеличить привлекательность продукции Bas-IP в целом.

Спасибо за отзыв! Оба ваших предложения пока что не могут быть внедрены в Intercom, но обязательно будут реализованы в нашем новом приложении Link, которое мы готовим к выпуску в начале следующего года.
