Synchronization does not work
When will you guys finally keep it so I can synchronized and see if my usage history?
Usb key will only work on the initial setup
The usb key will only work on the initial setup. After that it will freeze at about 15%. Read the other reviews, this is a popular complaint. Better off returning the generator as the developers don't care. Btw nature's generator will make you pay the expensive shipping fees. GL!
App so/so.
I got the app to sync and then had two iOS updates. Up to 14.7.1 Now the app starts to sync and hangs at different percentages. Would be great if there was a module you could plug in directly to the generator and do away with the app all together.
1 Natures Generator Elite, 7 Power pods elite, 2400 watts solar (300 each unit) and two wind turbines tied to 6 circuit transfer switch. So far a great rig just could use better monitoring.

The App is mediocre, unit even worse
App struggles to connect with the USB key and must be manually reconnected every time your screen turns off. It’s frustrating and very inefficient. The actual unit is even worse. It’s totally underwhelming. Even very small loads kill the batteries quickly. Do yourself a favor and do some research and then buy something else. I’m stuck with mine.

App crashes everytime, please fix
I didn’t use the app since a month ago and today I opened to see some stats and crashed ever time. Reinstalled but crashed as well. Please fix ASAP. Thanks.
App Crashes&Bluetooth Key connection
Almost everything with this app works great until I try to use the Contact Us and FAQ features. The app crashes every time. It would also help if the app automatically recognizes and connects to the Bluetooth key on the generator. Having to reconnect every single time after exiting and re-entering the app isn’t efficient.

App is clean and sleek but needs work
App has a very nice easy to use interface, but when I click on “more” in the bottom right hand corner it crashes when I click on FAQ, Contact us, Store and just about everything in that menu.
New version does not work properly
Mirror display does not work in app.
