Buggy buggy
Keeps saying it’s unable to save and now all the way to unable to log in. Spent time inputting my inventory just for it to tell me it needs to update 30 minutes after installing and to log out. But I am logged out and can’t log back in. Frustrating and not worth the time.
Awesome!
This is a great app. I use the paid version. Technical support chat is quick and helpful. I don’t use all the features the app offers, but the ease of managing this and the ease to use (be it on your phone or PC) is worth every penny. I have grown my inventory to hundreds of items and have maneuvered through supply chain issues by leveraging my inventory with little impact to my company. The alerts when you need something have kept my ordering efforts to a minimum too. Highly recommended!

App broken
This app is out of service
*Disclosure* I just downloaded the app but my review is on the reviews
I find itSomeone hysterical, if not sad that business owners are sitting on here whining that they are only allotted a certain amount of items for free. Where do you think they stole this information, if their butts?!?Storing information requires space-Be it on a server or a cloud. And this isn’t even whether or not they back our information up to a cloud of some sort in case something happens on our end just a general fact that the more people that download it uses up the more information that they need to store. So essentially, when they see it forever free they aren’t lying. If you keep it under X amount items are saying they won’t charge you.No charge equals free even if the stipulations are not with you initially thought. Furthermore find ways around it.I will be back to post a review regarding functionality in the interim, business people give the peopleTrying to make some money a little room to make some money there’s way more reply for apps and people out there that this.

Forever free with a huge fee
I was really enjoying this app until I got a email saying I would be limited to 25 items. I run a small AC service company. I need to keep track of all my parts. Now they want 79$ months. Guess I’ll go through the hassle to find another inventory system.
Don’t Believe it’s “Forever Free”
I have been using this app for 3 months as an inventory solution for my small business. I only have 80 items to track and the functionality of the free version has been sufficient. However, I received notification today that I have “exceeded the number of items that I can have”. I went to the Boxstorm website and it appears that they are now restricting the items to 25 and transactions to 100 per month. This wasn’t the case when I set up my Boxstorm account and now my only option is to pay for Boxstorm service at $79.00 per month or to switch to another inventory software solution.
Good job misleading me into setting up your “Forever Free” software Boxstorm!!
Don’t believe anything this company says. What they tell you today will change in the future as they see fit. This is false advertising at it’s best! I would give them less than a 1 star rating if possible.

False Advertising. Forever Free is not Forever.
I usually don’t write reviews, but I cannot skip over this huge problem that Boxstorm has just caused. I first started using Boxstorm a few months ago for my small online business. Prior to Boxstorm, I was using spreadsheets to keep track of my inventory. The Boxstorm Forever Free allows users unlimited inventory tracking, with reduced features. Basically, a basic inventory tracker that you can use on your phone, tablet or PC. I have spent the last few months updating my inventory with Boxstorm, and adding over 300 items to my inventory. Today I received an email from Boxstorm that stated their Free version now only includes 25 items and 100 transactions per month. I called and spoke with customer service, who advised me those currently on Forever Free will have access to their items over 25, but will be limited to only managing 25 of those per month. If you have a large inventory like I do, that means you can no longer constantly update the ever-changing inventory. The only paid plan is now $79 a month. Previously, there were separate paid tiers. They are all going away. Forever Free should have meant forever. Not until we deem Forever has ended.

App is ok but needs a lot of work
I’m not able to add pictures to my items in my inventory.
Also I cannot edit the notes or the title since there is no keyboard pop up.

Great Inventory Management App
I have been evaluating the ‘free‘ version for the last week and have been very surprised at the feature set provided, the ease of use and the setup process. I have had no problems with logging in or speed of the app. Would love to see a real iPad version in the future. Keep up the great work!
Would Be Nice But Doesn’t Fill Screen
Wanted to use this app in conjunction with an iPad mini for easy inventory control in our office. While the web interface is good on the PC, the app on this iPad mini doesn’t fill the screen. It just fits a tiny slot on the screen, looking like it is sized for an iPhone instead. Would be awesome if that was fixed.
