timing is left to be desired
Welllp, based solely on the service, very first time user, they did not come through on the delivery. Scheduled delivery was set for Saturday late afternoon…. Never came. So plans for Saturday night had to change. I received ZERO notice or update changes to the delivery. Not okay. Personal assistant
Life is busy so it is helpful to have an assistant. I consider Dapper my clothes cleaning assistant. They make it so I don’t have to worry. They pick up our dirty clothes and bring them back clean a couple days later. Whenever we have a special request, they make it work. We appreciate their workmkfreeman5
The Worst
04/20/2019 I needed suits ready for a business trip. They assured me it would be ready and delivered on Friday afternoon. Instead, my suits were never delivered and there was no communication at all. I call them. No answer. I leave a vm. No response. I email. No reply. So it’s Saturday morning and still no call. I have to call to see what’s up and finally get an answer. Apparently the driver “ran out of time”... That’s literally what they said lol. So I’m like okay I’ll just pick them up. (Meanwhile I’m actually right around the corner. I had already driven there since i was out. But the address on Apple maps is... not an actual business so that’s sketch also) Anyway, he tells me they’re not even there and that my suits are in route. Well I had errands to run for the business trip they’re supposed to be helping with. So I had to change the delivery address. I’m assured my suits will finally be delivered! Hours pass. Still nothing and I have to call once again. Again, I am assured my suits are in route. Minutes pass and I get a call back that my suits not only are not on the truck, but never even got cleaned and won’t be ready until Monday. So now I get to enjoy this trip with dirty jackets. They did assure me it will be free but obviously this is a business of little credibility so wish me luck there. Dapper KC is a great app! Only takes 2 minutes to set up the account. Service was fast and on time. So convenient to be able to just leave dirty clothes on the porch and have them cleaned and delivered. I would highly recommend.mkaniger9021$$
