APP is an embarrassment!
When you try and listen to the live feed, you get about 2, maybe 3 minutes. The silence. It starts over, 2 to 3 minutes, start over. I find it utterly embarrassing that my alma matter with a world class engineering school cannot do better.
Poor live audio feed
I like to keep up with Hokie sports listening to the radio broadcast, but the audio feed is poor and reloading the app is needed regularly. Frustrating.
This app is an embarrassment.
We have got to be the only college football division one program with such a poor app the audio constantly get stuck in a endless loop, it’s pathetic. Even on a brand new iPhone 16 this piece of garbage is riddled with flaws. No wonder our football program is going down the toilet when we can’t even get simple stuff like this right. 🙄

I’m a super fan, so this is perfect
Spent almost 40 minutes
I just spent the last 40 minutes trying to get to my ticket for a VT football game, which I purchased months ago. They act like it’s so easy to use this app but the manage my tickets screen inexplicably crashed over and over and I had almost given up and just assumed that the almost $700 I spent would go to waste. I’m not sure why they gatekeep tickets like this, they should just email them or something. There is absolutely no reason why they would need to load them into this app that apparently runs on the power generated by a gerbil on a wheel.

Terrible UE - Almost completely unusable
Reviewing here because, among other things, there’s no help feature in the App.
Almost every click requires you to log in again, and once you do you’re no closer to useful information than when you weren’t logged in.
Utterly disappointing and will have to resort to the desktop to hopefully get any part of this to work.

How in the world? App is clunky to begin with but then no video support for iPhone? Seriously?
