The T&C will not clear

The T&C’s will not clear even though I accept many times.. I then I have to complete delete app and reinstall.
A real problem.

Can you make it Apple Watch compatible

Pairing with the app

This is just my second year with this product and it already seems to have failed with connectability to the app. This fortunately leaves me with what I set up last year but I am no longer able to make adjustments through the app

Not a product developed by engineers

The heating “algorithm” is not very sophisticated nor intelligent. The product I own that uses this app lacks hardware switches, which is quite annoying but no fault of clim8.

That said, the developers of the clim8 app do have some questions to answer regarding the products inability to be turned on manually via the app. The fact it only auto detects or uses some kind of algorithm to turn on the heat is a serious point of fault.

You can be absolutely freezing on a chairlift and the gloves will refuse to turn on no matter how many times you remove and reinsert your hands. Then when you head indoors to warm your hands up, the gloves will magically come on and be heating up - this is beyond useless.

Overall a poorly engineered system, with a black box algorithm that has limited configurability - likely an interface conceived by a product manager rather than an engineer.

The bones are good but the system has a ways to go, especially given the fact it’s literally designed to keep you warm (there are stakes involved with this product functioning as expected).

Not working offline

App is not working if no internet or data connection. Bought a pair of 400$ expedition gloves. If I out ou data coverage (off grid) the app doesn’t work so impossible to change temperature settings. I have contac CLIM8 support team and they told me the app is not working offline. This should be a standalone app, it already communicate to my glove via Bluetooth it should not be suppose to need data coverage.

Beware, nothing beat a simple button. This amount of AI or technologie promise a lot, but in reality its sucks.

Hope they are gonna fix the problem by a update because it is false advertisement, they sell the gloves with promo videos of people on top of mountain like Everest, pretty sure there is no data connection over there ;).

Great connectivity

So far I have had zero issues with the devices and this app, it’s been great too see the temperature of the gloves and be able to change it from my phone!

Very inconsistent when heat when wearing gloves left warms up but can barely feel right glove and gloves are constantly disconnecting from app and these are a replacement pair for faulty ones from ixon

Works ok but!

They do keep warm but the right glove never turns off after being taken off. They’re both supposed to turn off automatically when you take the gloves off.

Used this morning in 5°C - right glove didn’t turn on, return ride left glove didn’t connect. Get home right glove doesn’t turn off when removed.

Very buggy product.

Game changer

I suffer from poor circulation in my hands, cold weather riding was painful and uncomfortable, not anymore. App and gloves work seamlessly together, I use my gloves on a low temperature and I’ve never run out of battery. Can ride all day on low temperature 21.5c, no problems. No more frozen fingers. Very happy customer
