Ridiculous
This app could not be more worthless. Sometimes you can use it, most days you cannot. It hardly connects and when it does, it takes way too long change the settings. The only thing this app offers other than manually changing the settings, is that you can lock it so your little can’t play with the buttons. This technology is so archaic that it is more stressful than beneficial.

Really no big issues
We have had this product almost 2 years and it’s been great. At our old house our bedroom was far from the baby’s so there were times I had trouble connecting, but I think we’ve been super lucky to not have experienced what others have. I will say that up until recently I had the app on an Android device so I’ll be curious to see if I have issues on an iPhone.

App doesn’t work
Just received our Snoozypod in the mail today. I downloaded the app and when I try to open it, it just says “searching”.

What happened
It worked great yesterday (day one), I could turn Snoozypod on and off and change all the settings. Now today it will only allow me to use on/off feature and nothing else. I can’t even click on the settings icon. Even deleted and reinstalled. Disappointed.
UPDATE: it seems to work when it wants to and not other times. 🤷🏻♀️

Not consistent
I got this as a gift for my baby shower, we like it, but sometimes it works great other times not so much, so it’s hard to depend on... when you need it
App cannot find snoozy pod
Downloaded the app but it can never find a snoozy pod to connect to, even when I’m sitting right next to it. Just keeps saying “Searching”. And yes the snoozy pod unit is turned on.
I like the snoozy pod unit itself, just wish I could use the app with it so I can put the vibrations on continuous..

It wont hook up to it
My snoozy pod has been hooked up to my iphone 6s plus and now it wont stop searching for it this helps my son sleep please for the love of the holy creaters please how do i fix this
Piece of Crap
This is the biggest piece of crap we have bought. It works for maybe two weeks at a time then freezes on and you have to unplug it to reset it then it takes forever to connect to Bluetooth. What a phenomenal waste of money. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS ITEM OR YOUR TIME ON THE USELESS APP!!!!! Crappy company with no costumer support.

Fonctionne très bien
La connection est rapide et très bonne, j’arrive à le faire fonctionner à partir de ma chambre à coucher ou du salon. Personnellement pour moi l’application fonctionne super bien comparé aux autres commentaires que j’ai lu, je suis bien satisfaite !!
