We've made some important fixes to open chats/unlimited chat with the Pro and included daily affirmations to make listening to your body much easier. 3.3.1

November 6, 2019

We're excited to release, by popular demand, Unlimited Pro Messaging. Have an open chat with your Pro, ask anything - better yet, any time you'd like to search a nutrition question on the internet (we know 77% of you do), but are sick of getting contradicting results or ones not personalized to your goals/needs, just ask your Pro. They are all registered dietitians and align with our philosophy of listening to the body. For a limited time, we're giving one week free of UPM when you commit to a month. Cancel anytime, but we would love to hear if you can find a better price for a real nutrition Pro. Thanks to all of you who have helped us shaped what MealShare has become, we value you so much and we're excited to help you find what eating healthy looks and feels like - for you. This 3.3.1 version simply fixes some key parts of the experience.

Description of MealShare App

Our mission is to impact health and happiness through healthy eating. A new way to make changes that last is our goal - so we made an app that help you listen to your body, create a strong community that's safe, non-judgmental and supportive, and when you really have a question about food or whether something is healthy, you can easily and affordably connect with a real Pro (all registered dietitians). This way, you make changes that fit you - making you healthier, happier, and more willing to help others along the journey. The app is free to use and cover the Pro services for the first week.* Enjoy and make a positive relationship with food. • Conveniently Connect With a Real Nutritionist

I have tried a few fitness apps and online program. MealShare is unique because you actually get to talk to a certified nutritionist who has a fully health-focused approach without any unhealthy conventional diet mentalities. I was pleasantly surprised that my nutritionist helped me take what I already enjoy about food and health and enhance it instead of try to make me into someone I’m not. The flexibility of not having to follow a meal plan has helped me learn how to take my nutrition into my own hands and actually enjoy food while still being healthy.

  • Love this app!

I absolutely love the idea behind this app. As a busy mom, I have such a hard time remembering how important it is to be intentional about what I am eating. The app has a trained dietician who sends you direct messages about the food you share with them through pictures. If you have any questions, they are always answered! I am finally confident in the food choices I make to ensure I have enough calories to continue breastfeeding because I had one on one support through this app!

  • Dietary expertise at your fingertips!

Mealshare isn’t like any other app I’ve ever experienced. I love that you can get dietary and nutrition expertise for a fraction of what you’d pay anywhere else, and your nutritionist is so accessible! I love that you can connect with others who have the same restrictions and expectations out of the food they cook. I was expecting the app and the experience to be a bit more social, but in my case, it wasn’t. The interaction comes from your nutritionist, not the other users. So make sure you utilize your them every step of the way!
