GREAT

This app is fantastic! It controls my LEGO boost robot with ease and there is no interruption at all. I highly recommend this if you have ERNIE the robot. It would be better if you could move the arms and other parts. Right now it can move around and turn his head.

Works as intended, source code available

I found this via GitHub, where the source code is available. The app is very simple but correctly connects to the Lego boost hub and allows you to control it. Looking forward to building and tinkering with this.

Thank you for making this!

It does work

Works as expected, you can move it around, just be careful not to move the head around too fast, a piece of the head can snap off

Quick and easy way to bring Lego to life

Just got the Lego Boost 17101 set and wanted a quick way to get the motors going, this app is perfect. Clean and simple interface with a nice joystick to control movement. Got my first little robot whizzing around the house in 5 minutes.

Speed controls?

This works, but it goes so fast.

This is the best

In the real game you have to code and this is better then coding

Complete crapshoot

Turned on my Lego boost move hub and went into the app. Nothing happened. Then I realized that it’s a non official ripoff. Don’t waste your devices storage.

Doesn't do anything at all

Me hates

Response from developer

Thank you for reporting. Could you please try the following step? 1. Turn on Bluetooth on your iOS device 2. Push the connector button on this app 3. Push the green button on your Move Hub

Quick to install, quick Boost control

This app saved our (early) Christmas! Because of a slow internet connection the official LEGO app has not been loading all day. During troubleshooting I noticed this app. It downloaded quickly and gave my son remote control of his tank he spent most of the day building. We turned on Bluetooth on my iPad, tuned on the robot control brick by pushing the green button, then pushed the connection button that looks like two plugs on the app. Seconds later my son was driving his tank creation and laughing. He set up the third motor to actuate the missle launcher. “No instructions, I made it all by myself,” he said. “I showed some people, and I shot some people.” This may be a better starting point than the canned missions on the LEGO app if you want your kids or students to gain some confidence in their own creativity. Then they can learn more in the official app.
