  • Buyer be aware

    I opened my ETN wallet and went through the grueling process of validating my account. I recently tried logging in only to find out they closed my account. I have emailed customer service more than 20 times in the last few weeks trying to find out where my Electroneum is with no response. They have just closed my account and taken my ETN. I would not recommend or trust this wallet.

  • MONEY TRAP

    they will allow you to deposit ETN into the wallet but then they KYC you to death to have access to it. KYC should be first. Would NEVER had gotten involved had I known this was a shakedown for private information.

    Edit: several days without access to my funds. Crypto is about custody of your money. You do NOT have that here. Highly centralized and if you dont have your papers they will rob you. Makes you wonder why they picked third world countries to start in.

  • KYC nightmare

    Their customer service is horrible. Also, they’ve locked up my account and I can’t access my money. This level of failure is overt, I actually wonder if they’re trying to fail. How long would a bank stay in business if it’s customers can’t access their money for months at a time
