Horrible! My mom room phone is absolutely useless and so is this app. This is going on two weeks. Next time different hospital I’ve never had this problem before with others in a hospital, this is my mother, she wants to hear from me!!!

  • Terrible App!

My 94 year old father is in the hospital with the coronavirus. This app is the only way any of the family can communicate with him.

The freaking app simply doesn’t work. It worked for a few days. Now all I get is a spinning star. The app is frozen.

I’ve deleted the app and reloaded the app several times. Same problem.

The poor hospital workers are overwhelmed. They don’t have the time to help, understandably so.

It’s simply inhuman to write such a poor app when it’s the only way family can communicate with their sick loved ones.
