Twenty minutes to get to a human being. I was billed $50 mxn for parking outside a designated zone, they say. They choose to ignore that their own signs at parking stations state that there are various parking zones within their own biking zone. Relying on their own signs, I parked at one. If only…
This is a great service and makes it very easy to get along the Malecon. If only the maintenance on the bikes were better and when you lock them up it actually registered. I’m getting tired of having to call them to find out why my app is saying the bike is not locked when it clearly is. Also, beware not to leave the bike Anywhere but designated locations. Don’t be confused by the map at the locations because it is incorrect.qwegxgjnjxcjbftcv

I needed a bike in a desperate situation. the minimum payment was $20 which you paid before you ride. None of the bikes bar code would scan, nor would they be recognized when the numbers were input manually. I paid $20 to NOT have access to the bike, and now that i’m trying to remove my credit card since it’s essentially useless, my only option is to “replace” the credit card or contact customer service to have it removed. customer service is unreachable. i’ve tried through phone and email and have heard from no one.geezytaughtme
Bikes in Mazatlan are off to a great start
I enjoyed using the bikes on the Malecon. I am anxiously awaiting the expansion of the system. I find that I need to turn WiFi off in order to unlock the bikes.bpc1425

Hope there will be more stations as indicated on the maps. The bikes are great, the price is great, the only thing I see improvement is to give more info on your web site. Hope it is a huge success.CStaffo
