My husband and I enjoy sitting on our deck in the early evenings during spring and summer months here in Colorado. We have a few Canada Chokecherry trees that attract different species of birds and a little bird bath beneath two of them. We aren’t ‘birders’ per se, but do enjoy learning which birds come to our yard and gardens and we also enjoy photographing them. The Smart Bird ID app has been very helpful to learn about the birds from their ‘songs’ and also their looks. I particularly like the being able to keep a Bird List. We also do a lot of camping at the nearby lakes and see many other kinds of birds there. Lastly, if I have a question about a bird, like I did just yesterday about a hummingbird I had recently photographed in Ecuador, it’s easy to get a reply to my question. Great app!

Thank you so much for the wonderful feedback Karen! 😊 It’s great to hear that you and your husband are enjoying birdwatching in Colorado, especially with your Canada Chokecherry trees and bird bath. We’re thrilled that the app is helping you identify birds by both song and appearance, and that the Bird List feature is adding to your enjoyment. It’s also awesome to hear that you’ve had quick responses when you had questions, like the one about the hummingbird from Ecuador! If you ever need anything else, don’t hesitate to reach out. Happy birdwatching and camping! 🦜🌲🌞
