Clumsy and unreliable
Way too many instances of some fonts in the "library". All show as "installed" but do not show in apps.

I think those ratings are from people miss-understanding the apps purpose. It’s a font library manager and installer, not a font store. Download apps from safari websites install your own. It’s completely liberating, just make sure you have the legal rights/means to use the fonts.
