When I first got the app there were many things being measured, now, I’ve realised, after the six month mark, I am only getting a few measurements. I tried to see if there was a purchase I needed to make but I have found nothing.MissT0715

Absolutely useless
Tried for half an hour to reset password (because it denied that my password was valid. Went round and round in circles with a 2 minute timer to enter a code from emails that would t open in gmail, and e wry time I copied the code and went back to enter it in the app the App had shut down. So by the time I had reopened it and navigated to the password reset screen, the time had run out…
As I said, useless.

Wish it showed the correct units
I really like the scales and the app, I just wish it showed the correct units. Mine is set to stones but shows just lbs and has st after it and in some places shows it correctly. It’s confusing.Eve woo woo
All the other metrics stopped showing up
Not sure what’s going on but all the other metrics like body water, protein rate etc stopped being measured. Now I only get weight and BMI. App developers, please help!ilanakit

Great until update lost all my data
I have been using this app since early mid 2020. Suddenly got an update and I lost all my data. I loved this app and the scale because I was able to track my 120lbs weight loss journey. Not any more! All my data is gone.Patyka01

Used to love this app - and it has all my weightloss data 😂. Now doesn’t work in Australia 😭Someone else like you
