Horrible company
I see why they get such poor ratings. My first interaction with the human at this company was to tell me that their website charged the wrong amount, and they want to charge double or they’re going to immediately erase everything we’ve done.
To justify it, they said that their terms of service say that you have to pay more unless specified in writing. However, the website did specify in writing exactly how much I was the pay. I guess they can’t even follow their own terms of service and would rather screw over a customer.Show lessAristotal101

Still waiting on a response from support. This definitely isn’t a good look for the company that supports this website/app. We definitely aren’t going to pay for any other features now. I feel like I should be compensated for lost time trying to get this dumb site to work. But as usual, companies have 0 accountability and 0 liability.Show lessTkaze7
Decent software, horrible customer service
Customer service, horrible. After the first conversation the account manager referred to the contract instead of trying to resolve my issue. Canceled my services and moved tons different crm.afs2023!

If you try to login you’ll see a blank grey screen. Does not currently support iOS 16.LangleyTheGodless
Can’t log in on the app
Keeps telling me HTTP error 303
And on the website just keeps taking me around in circles after already signing up. Will make me keep signing up any time I back out of the page or click on things. Not very user friendlyAmmE02
