「國際慈濟人醫會」（Tzu Chi International Medical Association, TIMA）目前在全球十一個國家，設有五十八個據點、超過七千名醫護專業志工，形成一個有組織、有系統的全球醫療服務網。於2000年召開首屆年會，並正式對外公布該組織之成立，增闢管道，讓有愛心、想回饋社會的醫護人員得以貢獻所長，也讓醫療網絡延伸到各個需要的地方。
