Needs a lot of work
While the concept is good, the actual connectivity is poor. The app and device are sketchy and work sporadically. It seems as though the location tracker is only tracking the phone the app is installed on. The Bluetooth radar to find the missing device tag does not respond. The camera turns on to shoot the phone location only. I don’t recommend purchasing this product, waste of money.Show lessRealistic1
Bad Device
Bad device. Same issues that are outlined in previous reviews. Bought 3 and none of them pair to the phone. Do not waste your money or time. It’s an interesting idea but it doesn’t worktvccccc
Terrible
It doesn’t work and I have the iPhone 11 Pro, running 13.3 software. Once you close the app the unit does not connect. Sending it back. A piece of crap.Leon4073

Confused and Disappointed
This app is very frustrating. Instructions are hard to make sense of. I can never get the search button to work on the app. The app never connects the device to my phone therefore rendering the device useless. Camera button/ options do not work. There is no number for customer service. Poorly made app, I wish it was compatible with one that properly worked. If you understand instructions like this...“Click to connect, while the icon turn to 🧩, it means connect successfully” you might do better.
After registration and pairing and renaming I was still unable to use this Smart Finder to find my iPhone or my iPhone to find the Smart Finder device.omnimarkusa
