Good food, pick up not so much
I order from here often, but they do not have a smooth system for pickup for online orders. All one line when you get there so have to wait with others (and not the most mask friendly of crowds in line). Go off peak and the app is easy and quick. Go during busy times and be prepared to wait 15 plus minutes in line.

Contactless Pickup
Love the food. It’s awesome! But your latest update states that contactless pick up is now available via your latest version of the app? Evidently no one has told team members at the location in Gastonia North Carolina. Ordered online for contactless pick up. Arrived there and there are no signs in parking lot designated for pick up. I ended up having to go inside to get my food. When I asked the team member behind the counter about this… She said they had no idea about this.
