Love the game but when getting energy it takes your money and you never get it. It’s very buggy and slow this game they definitely have some fixing to do.

Purchase errors
Great story so far, been waiting a while for this one; however, have had multiple purchasing issues. Changing my rating due to continued purchasing issues. The developers refunded me some but not all. They have not responded about the last thing they said they would compensate with energy (did not happen). I will no longer buy on this app.

Terrible purchase experience
I have been reading these stories since Ryan first came out years ago but I will no longer buy energy from them because it’s broken and they have refused to help when I contacted support which from the other 1 star reviews I can confirm to be true and not exaggerated. I bought energy and it didn’t get applied to the story and after contacting support and sending screenshots of the purchase receipt I got the run around. After not hearing back for 3 days I ask for and update and They told me to wait 24-48 hours for a response and then 4 days later they asked me to send the screenshots again around 8:30 in the morning and that same afternoon closed the ticket before I had a chance to reply. I’m disappointed to say the least because I really liked the story but it’s not worth this hassle.

As soon as I saw identical twins I thought...yes! But, then I thought maybe Daryl and Matt are fraternal which is cool too. But, in Matt's parallel universe his brother was able to completely pass off as Matt and on the heroine's end they were identical. So, I'm wondering why it's not automatic in Daryl's universe that they're identical. That was the only confusing thing for me. I love the Ortega tornado and them being raised by their grandmother, I wonder if she'll be brought in to their stories. I don't get why Daryl is the "evil" twin either...yes he's in and out of the mafia and worries his brother half to death because of his need for thrill and danger, but evil twin? I've never got that. Daryl and Matt have their own barriers and views of the world. Where Matt's near death experience in underground fighting led him to get a desk job at a major Corp, Daryl kept going back because the underworld seems more fun than a typical day to day job. I'm glad Daryl got his own universe!

I purchased energy from the store and after not receiving it, I contacted support. I sent them screenshots of my purchase after 5 days of arguing I just had to have apple refund me. Do not do business with them!

Don’t get energy when you pay for it
I have read all of these books, and these past two weeks I have been cheated out of $60 I have requested support and have got no refund nor energy. Not sure if it’s a glitch but it’s happened with three of the stories. Not good customer service !
