Progress gone, long ads.
This app is great in terms of playability, and it trains and improves general knowledge of its user.
However, for some reason, my progress is zero despite using the app previously. It was a year ago when I ranked quite high. Now, upon downloading and starting, any previous progress was not there.
Also, ads are way too long and therefore annoying, and it's not very clear how to get rid of them. I didn't find any option to pay for a 'premium version' or any in-app purchases.
Huge potential, but it looks way worse than I remember it some time ago.Show lessMrVladH

This is a fun quiz game, I highly recommend it. The questions are open to anyone with reasonable general knowledge and are not locked to questions set around American based culture, history etc only, as many other similar games appear to be! Certainly worth giving it a try, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed!Show lessCameljockey1

I installed this yesterday, I’ve never had so many intrusive ads in a game. Don’t get me wrong it’s a decent quiz game, one of the better ones I’ve played, but adverts every couple of minutes is beyond ridiculous. Most are around 20 seconds, I just had a BK as that didn’t disappear for at least a minute. They just pop up every few questions. I would happily watch ads for rewards, to gain lives, etc but I don’t know if I have the patience to keep playing this ad fest when they pop up every few minutes. I would advise people not to install, hopefully they’ll do something about it to improve the game as it is a good game (hence two stars) but this absolutely ruins it.Show lessChemby

I’m on level 500 and l love the game. It makes me think and remember info l’ve learned in the past, BUT the ads are ridiculous.
Three ads in each game and then another at the end of each game. I get it, you’re here to make some money, but some suggestions. Slow down the ads and come up with more interesting new games. I’m so sick of that King guy!!
If the review’s for new games didn’t already say “way too many ads” I might be more interested. I won’t download any game that says that in reviews.Show lesssunnivios

I really love this game. I play it often but I have to be careful because I’m super competitive and can’t back away from a group challenge. Luckily I’ve won quite a few but when I lose I act like an imbecile. I’m alone and yelling obscenities at my phone. I get a terrific laugh at my own ridiculous behavior and then go right back for more. I actually play for about a half hour before Jeopardy starts to warm up my brain. It’s actually improved my ability to run a category and gets me in the zone for quizzes of any kind. I enjoy switching back and forth from easy mode and hard mode depending on my mood and current confidence level. It’s better than the other games I’ve sought out for keeping my brain functioning at its best and has great diversity of questions compared to other games I’ve played. I’m just a nerdy girl at heart and I love learning. I’ll keep playing unless I break my phone while screaming expletives at it because I just made a foolish choice by not trusting my instincts. The game itself was ok. What I hated were the constant interruptions with ads. Also how quickly you can lock yourself out due to errors. At the beginning it is ok but the harder the questions you can’t catch a break. I’ve deleted this game which is too bad but hate that it ends so quickly. My friends have tried as well and had the same complaints. Maybe if it was a really difficult round or you answered very quickly you could accumulate timr?Show lessAnee Moreau

I’m really enjoying the game, even though I have just started it. As I was playing an ad popped up. I watched it and then press the “x”. When I got back to actually playing the game it said that I ran out of time and automatically said I lost. It went from the ad screen to the fail screen even though I didn’t get to see the question before the ad. I brushed it off and kept playing. It happened to me two more times. I went to report it, but the “report it” button was very useless for someone trying to report something rather than to “ask questions”. I have so much fun playing this game. The one thing that seems counterproductive is that for each wrong answer you lose one of only five lives. It takes several minutes for one to restore. I’m already watching a fair amount of ads so I’m not going to purchase lives. So when they run out, I just close the app and play something else. I sometimes go back in the same day but sometimes it’s longer. Seems like that’s the opposite of what they’d want.Show less2Sandy2
