Still needs work
The concept of the game is good, despite the limited number of actions you can actually take. Agree with earlier comments around expanded features and ability to spend money earned in other ways.
I have also had issues with breeding as all new horses seem to have very little to improve in their stats apart from maybe 2 of the traits of which you can supposedly upgrade by 70+ points with one training use, but no effect takes place. This did not happen with the first 20 horses I bred and moved to stables. There was continuous improvement possible for most of the time.Show lessBedders86

Great game could be better
3 stars.. I really like this game but you spend way to much horse shoes on everything. And why can’t we get a mare and breed her out as well all we get are stallions. Make it to where you can buy more with your money you earn in races!! But love how everything is laid out and I like the breeding part because you have to figure the best mix to make better bloodlines just wish had more options.Show lessazsxdcdfhdkemfnsjsihx
One of the best horse racing games I have ever played
I wasn’t really sure about getting this game I thought it looked boring but I played it for like an hour and I liked it a lot but I don’t like the fact that when you’re breeding you don’t have a list of horses you can choose from but besides that this is a really good game😜🐴🐎Pipsqueak 2009
If you pay for something you won’t get it
I paid for a package which I never received and got charged for. Contacting customer service hasn’t been any help and I had to put in a claim through PayPal. Also you are supposed to get daily rewards and things for your achievements. Sometimes you get them and other times you don’t. I like the game itself but you need to work out these issues.Show lessameera1047
Great but too much spending energy.
Everything is great other than how much energy is used while playing. Personally, I think advancing a month shouldn’t spend energy because the horse isn’t really using energy - it’s resting. If this can be fixed I think it can be a much better, less bothersome app. Thanks.Isoqndkxldns

Update: unfortunately I deleted this game. 😟 Disappointed to see that you don’t actually do anything play wise to make your horses win. It’s just push buttons and watch the replay. Sorry but Photo Finish is the better of the two. In that game I actually can feel like I am truly racing my horses in addition to upgrading them.

Good concept, but needs serious tweaking.
1) The way odds work on this game is so silly. The odds are “perfect” and pretty much, whatever odds you get, is where you are going to place. In short, I believe that the horses’ condition, preferences, strengths/weaknesses should play a higher role in the game. If some sort of new system that takes this into consideration is put into place, it could open up the possibilities for bidding.
2) Breeding rights, wth! Why is it that you get breeding rights for the same horse over and over? It’s like some kind of crappy gacha. Breeding rights may work like this in real life, but I believe for a game, it would be better if, once you got a breeding right, you have the ability to always breed your horse with that breeding partner. It’s frustrating to get breeding rights with the same garbage horses over and over again. Also, inbreeding should not be allowed! Or at least discouraged and warned of unhealthy offspring, as other more prominent horse racing games have done.
3) There needs to be more incentives to keep playing. Most of that has to do with the previous two problems I just addressed.
4) This is a good starting point for a potential Gallop-Racer style game, which I believe is the prime example of how to make a realistic horse racing game. Implementing the option for playing as jockey would add a more interesting spin.Show lessDexter 8199163

I absolutely love this game! Or at least I did until this update. It is so stupid that you have to pay to train!!!!! While I’m speaking my mind I’m just gonna say that it is also ridiculously stupid how hard it is to get horseshoes!!!! Oh and the level of how hard it is to get breeding right to a descent horse is unexplainable!!!! Not gonna lie I feel so wronged, please someone just fix those 3 things😫!!!! I’m still gonna give it 3 stars though because it was pretty fun before this, although the breeding thing has always been a problem.Show lessRileyhorsewoman

This game is really awesome. I haven’t seen many games like this and I wanted to praise you on your excellent work. The only complaint that I have is that when the horses are racing and your in the lead the announcer says that another horse is in the lead. Even though it’s not a big deal I would still like it fixed. Anyways keep up the great work.Show lessSpedojo
