Frustrating
No real user instructions to follow and don’t know how to set alerts dates or times etc. Installing has been a hit and a miss. Camera keeps going off line and can’t access from outside my home. So a waste of time and money. Feel like throwing it out my window. Cheap and useless.LaineyHutch

I got this for Christmas.
Got it set up via the app works well.

Awful
Currently on the third hour of trying to set this up. Upon turning on, states update device. No information anywhere in the box or online on how to update.
Connecting to wi-fi, camera doesn’t acknowledge that it’s connected.
