I like the games. They are challenging and have good graphics. There are unfortunately many glitches in the games. Coins don’t add to the total. Extra bonus games don’t add to the total sometimes you may win extra coins and yet the total drops that amount of coins. There was just a update and I was offered to remove random banner ads for $.99 so I went for it, they just added more bonus ads to make up for it and dropped the amount of coins that you can win in the normal bonus games.Show less00008739876

I have been successfully playing and enjoying this game for several years
Today I had a couple of good wins and it isn’t adding the bigger wins to my total (little wins seem to add ok)
I have restarted my iPad and resigned in but the $ have not been added.
Please help

I had no support from their Support Staff after I lost all my coins and gems after my game crashed and re-installed it. Was unable to get them all back! After reviewing the developers instructions again, I was finally able to get back all the coins I had lost. Appreciate the help!L. Withrow
