My child is asking for an Apple Watch (or phone) and I thought this would be a better first step. I couldn’t have been more wrong. We had a difficult time setting it up and I spent a record amount of time chatting with online support - 4.5 hours! - to get it going. I’m in Singapore. This is a Singapore company. Can we please speak on the phone? This wasn’t possible i was told. Like another reviewer said, just two months later the charger stopped working rendering watch unusable. Again I reach out. Days pass. They ask for a photo, which i sent. More days pass. Frustration grows. Verdict: The product looks great. The idea is wonderful. It simply isn’t made well. And the customer support is pitiful. I wish I had just gone with Apple because at least if something goes wrong, someone is there to help.
