Great Credit Union, they're extremely helpful and courteous, however new update to the app with security questions glitches quiet often and locks you out of Online Banking. You need to call Customer Service to rectify this error. This will be my fourth time calling to unlock my account since this new update.
Please fix this glitch, I understand the upgrade in security (with all the new scams out there) but I shouldn't need to answer security questions with Face Recognition Security which is what leads to the glitch of being locked out.
