Very buggy

I have an iPhone XS. When I open the app, the terms agreement page appears even after I’ve agreed to it. Even after agreeing to the terms, the page pops in and out without relenting. Whenever I try to add a “selfie photo” the app freezes. I can’t update and save any of my pets info without the app freezing. The app idea is very useful but the bugs need to be worked out for it to be of any real use
