Hi Sorry to hear you're having problems. A few people have had issues with the compass not pointing the right way or not moving. Here's a few things you can try if the compass doesn’t appear to be pointing in the same direction all the time: 1) Open the Compass app on your iPhone/iPad and it will calibrate the internal compass for you. 2) Make sure you're not near any metal or magnetic sources and try using the app with the iPad or iPhone flat. Some phone cases can have metallic parts (like a magnetic clasp) too which might interfere with the compass so might be worth trying it without any case. 3) Open the phone 'Settings->Compass' page and enable the button that says 'true north' I'm also happy to refund if you prefer, just let me know via the app ‘report a problem’ button.
