Ability to Create a Link to a Folder We have added the ability to create a link from the Admin Portal which will open a Folder in the End User App.

In order to fix a couple of bugs with the Save As functionality, we moved the ability to download a file back to the Share button on the top toolbar (co-located) with the Email function.

* We have removed the Generate Download Link option in favour of using the built in Save As option that is available on the File Viewer Action menu. Fixed a problem with editing comments on an existing annotation, that could cause the existing comments to be lost. Fixed a display issue in the search information panel.

* This release contains a number of stability improvements, bug fixes and performance enhancements. * A new multi-select button has been added to the annotations/comments sidebar. When clicked this displays a checkbox next to each annotation that allows: 1. The grouping of multiple annotations, which can then have one common comment thread. 2. The selection of multiple annotations that can then have batch operations performed on them e.g. deletion, formatting or change of status.

* Full text search: the search function in Docs On Tap now searches the contents of all documents and attachments (previously it only searched folder, document and attachment titles). * Automatic email notifications, containing a link to open the document, can be sent for new or modified documents. * The time taken for the data optimisation part of the app installation process has been significantly reduced. * Selection of text in "confidential" documents is now prevented.
