terrible app
forcing landscape mode is such garbage design. also forced me to reset my password. entered strong password. got a "password reset successful" message. tried to log in, the app told me my password is too long. maximum length is 12 characters. WHAT?!?
fine. i changed it to a less secure password. but now the app won't stay logged in. session constantly times out (why do i need an account to use the basic features anyway???).
forcing landscape mode makes it a HUGE PAIN to log in EVERY TIME. typing on the keyboard like that is unnatural and takes longer. it obscures pretty much the entire screen.
all these complaints and I haven't even gotten into the actual app yet!!! not worth it. deleting this garbage. I'll just use my uke the analog way.

Customer service returned me initial email asking questions about my phone. I haven’t heard from them in about a week
I’ll be returning the $400 piano sadly because the app is not working, making the piano useless.
