Never works!
Run from developments that use this thing. This system is great, in theory. The reality is that it hardly works properly. Thermostat doesn’t connect to WiFi properly so the communication between the thermostat and the system is faulty. It runs allllllllll dayyyyy.
Has gotten so expensive, I’m either dried out because of the constant heat blasting or freezing cold because I had to turn it off. They email with troubleshooting instructions that work for less than a day. Then the problem persists. When you call you’re connected to someone who barely speaks English and wastes a ton of time with niceties that doesn’t make sense. Not sorry, this is beyond frustrating. Would much rather not WiFi connected locks and thermostat that you can count on vs. this faulty system that failed at convenience.
