New Update is Glitchy
I love the new update - Sphero 2.0 is FINALLY supported! But I've already noticed some glitches. One of them is when you are aiming the robot when you first open the app, if you point the blue dot on the Sphero towards you, it goes in the opposite direction of where you point the joystick. If you manually aim it again, it fixes it. This is really annoying because I don't want to have to aim my Sphero fifty times for it to work. Also, another thing is that the auto-aim feature isn't really that accurate. On the previous Sphero app, it was extremely accurate and I almost never had to aim it more than once.Show lessirllylikecatsandstufflikethat
New to Sphero
I’m new to Sphero and have jumped in with both feet we have a mini,bolt a 2.0 and the Ollie
I got the mini as a Christmas gift for my grandson and just had to try it out 🙂
And enjoyed it so we have 4of them
I like this app and will be great to have 1app to use all of them

It actually works!
I thought that it would be another thing that didn’t work at all. But I was wrong. I have a mini and you can play games, be a spy and sneak around the house, and change the color of your mini. I give this app five stars. Not to mention It’s soooooooooo cute🎮🤪😎👍
Sphero 2.0 please!!!
I got a 2.0 for Christmas, and it is compatible with the edu app. However, I would like it to be compatible here too, and contacted you about it, and you said that 2.0 and sprk+ are now compatible. How do I connect my Sphero 2.0 to this app?!? Please respond soon, and maybe I’ll change my rating.

ILikeLegos43, Sphero 2.0 support has been added to the Sphero Play app in the latest release, version 2.3.0. Make sure to update to the latest version for the new robot support! You'll know you have the latest version of the app (2.3.0) if you see a button on the main connection screen for Sphero 2.0 and SPRK.I want my old Sphero app back
This new app is so barebones compared to the awesome one I used to control my Sphero. I used to love this company but this has been such a frustrating process. I have a Sphero, a BB-8, and a Sphero Mini. When I worked at a certain red themed discount retailer, I would recommend these to everyone but I find it hard now. The original Sphero app was just to much fun to use but I can’t do anything with this. The old app was SO much more fun
When we first got our SPRK there was a great Sphero app. It would let you unlock little ‘dances’ for your Sphero to do and had a MUCH better drive interface. This new one only works in portrait mode and you run out of room to move the awful joystick controller around the screen. The old app is still on my iPhone so I’ll hang onto it as long as I can but that app says it isn’t available in my country anymore. BRING BACK THE OLD APP!!!Show lessalecksjaycubs
