Our myrota app offers you the possibility mobile on your smartphone or tablet, to view your duty schedule, to make a time booking, as well as to create requests and to receive messages directly from the personnel management. - Duty schedule: Via the duty schedule you can view at any time from anywhere, your duty schedule, which was provided by your personnel management via "rota". - Time tracking: The time tracking is done via a simple entry of coming and going bookings. Optionally, each booking can be provided with a remark or a geo position. In addition, it is also possible to assign the individual bookings to a cost center in your company. - Messaging system: If a new schedule is assigned to you or if you receive a message from your personnel management, you will be informed with a push notification and can respond to it directly. - Requests: This app allows you to easily send a request for vacation or compensatory time to your personnel management using a simple formula. -Pinboard: (coming soon!) The pinboard allows you to provide information about various events, promotions, innovations or other news. - Multibooker: Optionally, the app can also be used as a multibooker on a specific cost center, where you can simply use your assigned personnel number to track your coming & going bookings. - General Info: All data of this app is provided and processed via the duty schedule and time tracking program "rota".
