How the heck are you supposed to use this app??? They left out a major part of designing an app. It says you have to sign in with an email and password. But there is no option anywhere to create a account so you can log in. DO NOT USE THIS APP ITS A WASTE OF TIME TO DOWNLOAD.cflournoy

We're sorry for the confusion. The app is used to track Lightning GPS units. If you activated a device with us, our customer support will send a welcome email containing your login credentials. For more information, please call us at 877-477-9119.No option to sign in to app
This app requires you to sign in to use the app, but there is no sign in page/option. When opening the app there is only a sign in page that does not let you sign in because it won’t recognize your user name, because there is no way to register with your user name. Ludicrous !BIOA
