Doesn’t connect
Fitness tracker SAS89 no longer connects to iPad Pro 3rd gen.
All data lost
Absolute trash. All of my data suddenly lost and I have to type in everything again. And paired device also forgotten.
Works but closes itself
Using with silver crest blood pressure monitor the Bluetooth connection with iPhone 12 on latest OS works flawless and data transfer works (at least for the week I have been using it). However, the app now seems to close and freeze while exploring the data.
Export to Heath app works as does the export to csv.
It would be great to be able to see competitions for data collected am and pm which seems a rather basic aspect for monitoring blood pressure.

Doesn’t transfer the data
The app doesn’t transfer the data from the scale.
The manual says that when the bluetooth is on and when you switch on the app all the data should be transferred automatically.
But I cannot even add my scale to the app.
Every time I try to do it, it keeps searching for the device and never finds it. I always check if my bluetooth is connected so this can’t be the problem here.
I have two users added and we only have now the weights collected when setting up the app.
It doesn’t transfer any new measurements.
And also why on earth is the scale showing my date of birth in american way. I don’t want to see my month first and then the day. We are in Europe!!!
This app is rubbish!! Fix it!!!

Hard to use but very good once you understand it
I love the connectivity of it and several options and memories.
It’s had tu use the first time. Adding devices is tricky and not well explained but it’s possible to do it. The hardest was the BP monitor.
You should publish videos on how to add each kind of new devices. Other than that fantastic.

No support for iPad iOS 14.6
The latest update of this app in the App Store as of 05 June 2021 does not support the latest iPad iOS 14.6. It will not let you login to your account.
Data stops being transferred
The app worked great the first time I used it. Now the app says “transferring data” but nothing gets transferred from my thermometer. I checked all the permissions and they are correct.
I also had the weighing scales from Lidl also, I had identical problem with this too, although it used a different app, they where from the as vendor. I can’t find any support contact details.
The physical devices seem to work well, sadly they are let down by an app which is basically useless.

Does not sync previous readings to Apple health
When trying this app out I made a few trial readings and when changed the settings it gave me the option to delete previous readings from Apple health, which I did. However them readings will not sync to the health app only new readings. Instructions link also doesn’t work. Other than that it’s a nice app which is easy to use
