Improve daily with: PROVEN SKILLS, DRILLS & TECHNIQUES Techniques taught at the Olympic and professional levels broken down into clear, simple videos with accompanying drills to help you get better faster. VIRTUAL COACHING Submit a video of yourself performing a skill right in the app and our team of former professional and National team players will provide you one on one coaching within 48 hours. Plus, once we get to know you, we will assign you the videos that we think will help you most as soon as they come out. GOAL SETTING & MENTAL TRAINING Ever wonder what sets the best athletes apart? They train their minds like they train their bodies. Our video series teach you how to succeed and overcome, how to nurture confidence and how to set goals and incorporate them into your daily routines. Four Athletes app is free to download and comes with select built-in instructional videos. To access all of the videos in app beyond the select free ones, you may purchase an auto-renewing subscription through an In-App Purchase.
