When I’m not at my desk the GreenSlate app has came in handy on more than a few occasions. They have made continuous updates over the years and has been a lifesaver. It’s only been getting better. Can’t login
As others have said, get passcode and tap login, nothing happens at all. This app was garbage years ago on a production and I see it hasn’t changed.Junohas4eyez
Won’t let me past the login screen
Entered my username, password, got a text with my 6-digit verification code, entered that in, and nothing happens. Just stays on the login screen.mainstream05

Doesn't Work
Can't login. Enter login and password. Put in the code it sends via text and then nothing. Just doesn't login no matter how many times you try.EzE1313

Picture this: You have about 2 YouTube videos worth of coding knowledge. You work in the entertainment industry. You decide that you want to become a payroll provider like Wrapbook since they do it so well and conveniently! You smash your face on the keyboard and slowly roll it left and right until you’ve created a marginally functional app. You decide to call it GreenSlate.Show lessRs master

Clunky, dated, not user friendly. By far the worst online/digital payroll service.

Absolutely Horrible service
The laziest and buggiest payroll service out there. If you can get the app and or site to work for you have fun with the maze of the UI that they have setup to lead them into the web of excuses they spin to avoid paying you on time or accurately. This budget payroll company exists for the low to no budget productions that need to stall payments, get around union contracts, or just flat out try to avoid paying people. Have an issue? Give them a call and see if you can get a live person to give you a pre written list of excuses as to why you haven’t been paid. It’d always someone else’s fault with GreenSlate. Why
This app has sucked for far too long.
Automatic log in doesn’t work. It’ll read your face and then nothing happens so you’ll always have to manually input your email and password.
Speaking of password.. I know they want us to be secure but having to update your password as often as they make us is really frustrating.
Copy and paste passcode from messages only works 50% of the time.
It kicks you out of your start when you go to manage your direct and tax form settings. And then it’s not clear if it saved your tax/direct deposit info on the start form because it’ll still just say manage instead of whatever setting you have them to. Also sometimes it doesn’t save your I9 verification documents so you have to do it multiple times in one start form.
If this app worked better I’d be a bit more happy when companies offer greenslate.Show lessveryhungryforfood
