-The app often takes a long time to load.
-Sometimes if it is close to my “reload” day it shows I have nothing left to purchase but if I call the card number it tells me I do.

So fast and easy, the app refreshes as soon as I checkout and I am able to see what I have left and how much! Easily accessible is the appointment feature that allows me to check my next appointment without having to call the office!

App closes while in the middle of a lesson.
The app freezes and closes randomly while using it. You have to open it back up, log back in, and go back through to find where you were.
