Reviews of Tai Chi Qigong (YMAA)

  • Great deal for this lesson

Dr Yang teaches Tajik qigong I’ve never seen anywhere else. This DVD is $40 but the app is only $9.99 for the entire thing. I LOVE the coiling set which is now part of my daily routine. This is classic traditional arts you just can’t find unless you’re lucky enough to have a Taijiquan master in town. Highly recommend.
  • Disappointed

The free ap only has a 2 min introduction video. All of the other videos require you to purchase the paid ap for $9.99.
